STEP 1 : Call for bids

  • Screen the event agencies and their proposals.

STEP 2 : Analyse and negotiate budget proposals

  • Negotiate the estimate with the agency chosen (agency fees, event design, production staff, staging and technical expenses, etc.)

STEP 3 : Determine operational strategy

  • Recommend the equipment most appropriate for the event (camcorder for taping, video projector, lighting, etc.).
  • Recommend emcees and negotiate with the ones suggested by the agency.

STEP 4 : Reporting

  • Post-event evaluation.
