Richard Gordon
First European Advertising production consultant
Richard began his career as first assistant director in feature films , and he joined advertising agencies Lintas and Grey where he was in charge of TV production services in Paris.
In 1977, he enrolled at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and got a MBA in Cinema and Television.
He then worked as production manager of the video department of Columbia Pictures in New York.
Back in France in 1983, he started his own firm “Richard Gordon Consultants”, which was the leading European consultancy firm for TV commercials production. Its mission ha been to ensure making the best film at the best price .
And now he founds a new company with new partners.
Alexandra Lejeune Deusy
After graduating from the European University of Communication, Alexandra began her career at Ogilvy as an art buyer and then contributed her talents to a number of global ad agencies.
Later, in charge of the prestigious magazine Le Monde d ‘Hermès, Alexandra managed multiple projects by developing entire creative teams, she selected art directors, invited and coordinated the work of many renowned talents.
With a solid and undeniable expertise in the world of luxury, she now advises many brands and collaborates with major companies.
Elio Suhamy
Advertising and Event production consultant
Elio graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris (engineering) and Femis (French National Film School). His past experience includes technical director of the Tours Opera, film producer or main event supervisor. Elio was deputy manager of Renault SAS Purchasing Department, in charge of advertising and events. He then developed new methods for cost control, which are now the gold standard across the industry. Furthermore, he supervised internal motor shows in Paris, Frankfurt, Geneva.
Since 2004, Elio has been acting as Special Advisor to large advertisers (Nissan, SNCF, BMW, Dolce & Gabbana), helping them manage their corporate communication budgets. He also acts as an expert advisor to top consulting firms.
Adam Kirby
I sit at the intersection of creativity, brand strategy, content production and procurement, having spent over 40 years in and around the brand marketing industry, initially as a business leader in multi-award winning creative agencies, and later in agency business development.
I have held senior roles client-side, including several years as Global Head or Advertising Procurement at Diageo; also interim roles at Magners Cider, and Nokia in Singapore.
I have led a production company, as UK CEO of Mundocom, the Publicis Groupe global production platform.
Most recently, I was CEO of MCA the global production consulting powerhouse for eight years.
Currently an independent management consultant, specialising in client in-housing of creative services and production ecosystems, and I bring a broad set of capabilities to Gordon ACG – agency search, in-housing advisory, agency fee negotiation and commercial modelling, proposition development , and M&A and investment consulting.

After 15 years in the sales department of several consulting firms, Oliver founded a web marketing agency that he has led since 2007.
He continues to develop his expertise in Web marketing and business and became a specialist in Interactive Digital Communication. With recognized experience in web marketing, he accompanies the digital strategies of prestigious brands in many areas such as website design, eCommerce, SEO or the implementation of e-Learning solutions.
It is in 2015 that he joined as a partner the team of Richard Gordon Consultants with a mission to assist purchasing and marketing services throughout the tender process and the budget negotiations for digital projects, enabling the firm to expand its cost control know-how into online projects.
Suzanne Hormain
Suzanne started in advertising agencies , the first ten years at the commercial department .
Then , she was head of TV production department at FCB/DRAFT FCB during 12 years. Afterward she worked as TV Producer freelance,
Since 2012, thanks to her experience in TV production, she worked for advertisers,
She works now, as a consultant in our new company.
Achim Albers
Achim Albers studied at the University in Berlin, moved to Hamburg and worked as freelance assistant director and production assistant, later producer, for commercials and feature films.
Later on he became an agency producer for Benton & Bowles (main client P&G) and Lintas, Hamburg (6 years).
He got an offer to be partner in a film production company and in 1995 he started his own company.
Spring 2005 he decided to change the perspective and to work as a consultant.
Since then he worked for all kinds of brands:
Wrigley, Braun, Bayer, Sanofi, Alcon, P&G, Opel, Krups, Emi, Dannon, and more.
The large number of tvcs he was involved is not countable. He has been in nearly every country.
